Application Terms of Service

Introduction

Welcome to Intmain! These terms of service (“Agreement”) apply to your use of Intmain’s online bootcamp platform (“Platform”) and related services (“Services”). By accessing or using the Platform or Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Eligibility

To use the Platform and Services, you must be at least 8 years old and capable of forming a binding contract with Intmain. By accessing or using the Platform or Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Use of Platform and Services

Intmain grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform and Services for your personal or business use, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You agree not to use the Platform or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform or Services.

Payment and Refunds

You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of the Platform and Services. Fees may vary depending on the specific bootcamp you enroll in. Intmain reserves the right to change its fees and payment policies at any time. No refunds will be provided for any fees or charges paid for the Services, except as required by law.

Intellectual Property

The Platform and Services, including all content, software, graphics, and other materials, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge and agree that Intmain retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform and Services, including all intellectual property rights.

User Content

You are solely responsible for any content you post or upload to the Platform, including any text, images, or other materials (“User Content”). You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to post or upload User Content to the Platform, and that your User Content does not infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any conduct that violates this Agreement, including but not limited to: (a) using the Platform or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; (b) engaging in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform or Services; (c) posting or uploading any User Content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable; (d) impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity; (e) using the Platform or Services to solicit personal information from others; or (f) violating any applicable laws or regulations.

Termination

Intmain may terminate this Agreement and your access to the Platform and Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Platform and Services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. INTMAIN EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

INTMAIN WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. IN NO EVENT WILL INTMAIN’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR
